The crew from Town and Country just left after installing my new furnace and thermostat! The crew was great and did an awesome job! They didn’t mind my cat, Smudge, getting in their way either. Tommy made sure to bleed all my radiators to make sure the heat would be at maximum efficiency. I appreciate the wonderful job they did, and my cats appreciate the heat in the radiators again. Smudge hopped up on one as soon as he realized there was heat in it again. Thank you!

Thank you Ryan Schag at Town & Country for fixing the furnace!! I got a text that he was on his way (about 45 minutes earlier than estimated) and he was here within 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes and the house is warming up. Ryan was friendly and polite and we chatted about the fact that he might actually finish early today, Saturday. Kim in the office was wonderful this morning as well squeezing me into the schedule so I could have heat for my 9 month old granddaughter to stay tonight. Thank.you Town & Country! I never call anyone else and recommend you to everyone!

John from Town and Country came today when my air conditioner went out yesterday - he worked so quickly and was able to find what was wrong in about 10 minutes. My capacitor had gone out, he said likely due to a power surge of some sort. Replaced it, and my house is already cooling down again. He was back in his car before the downpour hit, so thank goodness Mother Nature heard my prayers to hold off the rain a bit longer! Great service!
